Awesome?

Yeah, I pretty much like this AHA moment. I am coming back from Master to Success 2017 event hosted by summit capital which held in Hilton Kuching. I was great, because having my friends around me for some bored time. I would like to talk about what have I learnt today, what inspire me and what initiative work I do.

Speakers and outcome

The first speaker is Desmond Ong, a bestselling author, millionaire trainer & mentor. He is fantastic. I like the way he structured his speech. The speech was simple yet direct. It was about starting up an online business which I dreamed ever time for. I like the quotes- if you don’t know how to earn money while sleeping, you will be earning money till die. Yes, I agree with that. I like to start anything with the free sources around me. For example, if you had a laptop, wifi, mobile phone, how did you spend your day? Of course, majority of us choose to spend time on social or gaming or entertaining. But do you know, while the time you do these things, other ppl are earning without your noticing, would you want to be like them? You are wasting time, other ppl are wasting time, but they waste time to earn money. The key point isn’t only about gain money, it’s about im trying to enter, embrace the technology given. I wanted to utilise them effectively and yet follow my passion. He inspired me to become a business women without open a real shop. In his talk, he is never caring how other ppl think. In his mind, working isn’t the only thing in life, working plus travelling can make a human life balance. Im thinking of joining his course, but I found the alternative- eRezeki cources, it’s free and affordable for student. Initial failure means nothing.

Second speaker is Terence Tan. He taught us about IMPossible investors. Maybe im young and lack of knowledge about stock, that’s why I cant pay much attention during his talk. The activity of investor is cool, because everything is in your hand, if you know how to choose the right stock and calculate. I wanted to know more about it one day. I believe the things will come to me when I need them in that period of time.

Third speaker is Kevin Foong, an international speaker and world’s leading authority in Feng Shui. He is the best speaker today. Although some part of me don’t agree with him, but his sincere talk made me touch. He was earning money from all around the world and just hoping to help other. But I really like him and I know he is honest and sincere. And im happy with that results. I can be ceo of my own hopefully.

Fourth speaker is Eric Ho, inspiring people. He talked about value and sales. You have value and able to sale – knowledge ideas get ppl know more about your product, you will be able to be a successful business man. I like him because he told us we need to ignore the little voices when we want to success. For example, if you want to sale something you found it’s a new innovation, the little voice said, “But other ppl will think that as well”. When you wanna start up a business, the voice reminds you, “But I don’t have the money”. You see, you must thank to the little voice that save you from taking risk and say bye bye to them. Don’t let money stop you from taking money, but let it motivates you to earn money. Sometime, money can buy a shortcut that save your time. Money isn’t important but your time is. If you wish to get everything free, it costs you months to years to achieve what you want. In the way of doing business, try to find partnership, but not just keep going hire the employees. Partnership makes win-win situation, they take care their job, and so you will earn money via helping time to find the right customers they want.

Finally, it’s the Tim Han. He is a youtuber, Insider Success and a fb marketer. He inspires me. As a young generation, we need to learn how to make social apps work on you. He taught us 4 secrets that is product niche (the product makes you earn money), traffic (the customers), conversion (change your title to grab the attention) and automation (automatically earn money). For the conversion part, it really impressed me because im thinking of the formula of changing title into something attractable. I was inspired a lot lot lot more. I was thinking how to be a youtuber in simple ways. A simple principle I’ve learnt from him- heart to heart, show your sincerity because your customers are human, they will get touch and support you forever if they love you.

                                       

Initiative work

Back to my bedroom, I was thinking how to be a youtuber with limited source- I have no DSLR (oh no!). Use phone? Bad Quality. And, Im kind of shy ppl, im not ready to disclose my face globally (I duno whether I can reach that level, but im just afraid). So I started to search on google- How to be a youtuber without showing face and camera. Erm, they are a lot of answers. Some of them are doing animation, slideshow, tutorial blablabla. But suddenly I think about how do I earn money from videos, because I don’t have any bank account which link to my youtube account. I still duno how to do it, but I will find my way. Maybe I just start anyway without earning money at the first step.

Why I wanna do this?

Erm, to achieve my goals, as a motivator, a couch, a modern internet user and spread my weird ideas all around the world. Is it funny? It’s not.
